Preparation
- Start by rinsing your chicken wings under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels. This ensures they get crispy in the oven.
- In a large bowl, toss the wings with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices. Make sure every wing is well-coated for maximum flavor!
Cooking
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Arrange the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
- While the wings are baking, combine honey, peach preserves, garlic powder, and a splash of hot sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Once baked, remove the wings from the oven and brush them generously with the hot honey peach glaze. Return them to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes to caramelize.
