Sauce
  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic Use firm cloves for maximum flavor.

  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped finely for flavor and presentation.

Method

Cooking the Noodles
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and add spaghetti or linguine. Cook until al dente according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt unsalted butter until bubbly. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant—about 1-2 minutes.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Drain your noodles but reserve a cup of pasta water. Toss hot noodles directly into the skillet with garlic butter, mixing well to coat every strand.
  2. Sprinkle in grated Parmesan cheese along with salt and pepper. If needed, add reserved pasta water gradually until desired creaminess is achieved.
Serving
  1. Remove from heat and fold in chopped parsley for freshness. Serve immediately while hot, garnishing with additional cheese if desired.
