Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1 lb chicken breast diced
Taco Ingredients
  • 1 cup pineapple diced
  • 1 tbsp chipotle sauce
  • 4 pieces taco shells or tortillas
Toppings
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup cheese shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream

Method
 

Cooking Chicken
  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add the diced chicken.
  2. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Assembling Tacos
  1. Add the diced pineapple and chipotle sauce to the cooked chicken and stir to combine.
  2. Spoon the mixture into taco shells and top with lettuce, cheese, and sour cream.
