  • 1 lb Ground Sausage Use your favorite flavored sausage.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Sharp cheddar works best.
  • 1/2 cup Milk Just enough moisture to bind.
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions Optional but recommended.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix, ground sausage, shredded cheese, milk, and green onions until thoroughly blended.
  3. Using your hands or a cookie scoop, form small balls about 1 inch in diameter and place them on an ungreased baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Allow them to cool slightly before serving.
