  • 500 ml cola
  • 500 ml beef broth
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 50 g butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear the beef short ribs until golden brown on all sides.
  2. Add diced onions and minced garlic, sauté until the onions are translucent.
  3. Return the beef to the pot and pour in the cola and beef broth. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 2 hours until the beef is tender.
  5. Meanwhile, cook Arborio rice in a separate pot according to package instructions.
  6. Once the rice is cooked, stir in butter and freshly grated Parmesan cheese until creamy.
