- 500 ml cola
- 500 ml beef broth

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear the beef short ribs until golden brown on all sides.
- Add diced onions and minced garlic, sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Return the beef to the pot and pour in the cola and beef broth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for about 2 hours until the beef is tender.
- Meanwhile, cook Arborio rice in a separate pot according to package instructions.
