Instructions

- Bake for about one hour until tender; scoop out flesh and blend until smooth.

- In another bowl, mix flour, salt, and sugar; grate in butter and combine.
- Add cold water; knead dough briefly and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Roll out dough; fit into a 9-inch pie dish; refrigerate again briefly.
- Pour filling into crust; bake at 425°F for 15 minutes then lower to 350°F for another 30 minutes until set.
