Instructions
- In a large soup pot, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté cubed ham, diced onion, and minced garlic for about 3-4 minutes until onions are translucent.
- Add chopped carrots, red pepper, celery, and potato. Continue sautéing until softened.
- Stir in green beans, paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme; sauté for another minute.
