  • 1 red pepper (diced)

  • Vinegar (to taste)
  • Fresh herbs (parsley and dill)

Instructions

  1. In a large soup pot, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté cubed ham, diced onion, and minced garlic for about 3-4 minutes until onions are translucent.
  2. Add chopped carrots, red pepper, celery, and potato. Continue sautéing until softened.
