Ingredients
- 8–10 Frozen soup dumplings
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable stock
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
- Thai basil leaves for garnish
