  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk (2%)
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 (8 oz) package shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, red pepper flakes, and oregano.
  4. Add eggs, milk, melted butter, chopped onion, minced garlic, thawed spinach, and mozzarella cheese to the dry mixture; stir until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
