- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp milk
- ½ cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in pumpkin purée and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and pumpkin pie spice. Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
- Roll dough into balls using about 2 tablespoons each and flatten slightly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until edges are set.
- For frosting, combine cream cheese and butter until smooth; add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until creamy.
