Ingredients
- 10 ½ cups mini vegan marshmallows
- 9 tablespoons butter
- 9 cups rice krispies
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Orange gel food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- For the base layer, melt 6 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan, add 7 cups of marshmallows until melted, then mix in 6 cups of rice krispies and press into the pan.
- For the top layer, melt the remaining butter and marshmallows, stir in pumpkin pie spice, add 3 cups of rice krispies, and if desired, orange gel food coloring.
- Spread the top layer over the base layer and press down gently.
- Allow to cool for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
