- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 medium yellow onion (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup (for topping)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar (for topping)
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, soak panko bread crumbs in milk.
- Sauté diced onions in butter until fragrant; add minced garlic and cook briefly before cooling.
