- 2 cups heavy cream (cold)
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar (sifted)

Instructions
- Combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter in a bowl; press into a pie dish to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Melt chopped chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream with Baileys, vanilla, espresso powder, and salt until soft peaks form; fold in melted chocolate.
- Pour filling into the chilled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
