- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1–2 tbsp oil (for cooking)

- In a mixing bowl, mash the steamed potato and mix in rice flour, sugar, and salt until well combined.
- Scoop out some dough, form it into a ball, then flatten it in your palm.

- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the hotteok until golden brown on both sides (about 10-12 minutes).
