- 2 large eggs

- 4 packages hot cocoa mix (or 3/4 cup)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup Mallow Bits (mini marshmallows)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with the sugars until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla; mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, hot cocoa mix, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until fully combined. Stir in the chocolate chips and Mallow Bits.
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper, spaced about two inches apart.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until edges are lightly browned. Allow cooling on sheets for about five minutes before transferring to wire racks.
