  • 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 packages hot cocoa mix (or 3/4 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Mallow Bits (mini marshmallows)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with the sugars until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, combine the flour, hot cocoa mix, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
  4. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until fully combined. Stir in the chocolate chips and Mallow Bits.
  5. Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized portions onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper, spaced about two inches apart.
  7. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until edges are lightly browned. Allow cooling on sheets for about five minutes before transferring to wire racks.
