Ingredients
- 250 g softened cream cheese
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup pesto sauce (divided)
- 1/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (drained & patted dry)
- 1 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 3/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- Fresh basil & additional sun-dried tomatoes for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, salt, chili flakes, sun-dried tomatoes, and 2 tablespoons of pesto. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a 9-inch pie plate.
- Top with the remaining pesto and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over it.
- Bake uncovered for about 20-25 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned. Broil on low for an additional 1-3 minutes if desired.
