  • 250 g softened cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup pesto sauce (divided)
  • 1/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (drained & patted dry)
  • 1 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 3/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • Fresh basil & additional sun-dried tomatoes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, salt, chili flakes, sun-dried tomatoes, and 2 tablespoons of pesto. Mix until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a 9-inch pie plate.
  4. Top with the remaining pesto and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over it.
  5. Bake uncovered for about 20-25 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned. Broil on low for an additional 1-3 minutes if desired.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil and additional sun-dried tomatoes before serving warm.
