Ingredients
- 26 oz frozen homestyle meatballs
- 8 oz sliced brown mushrooms
- 1 sliced onion
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 oz brown gravy mix
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Spray the bottom of a 6-quart crockpot with nonstick spray. Layer sliced mushrooms and onions at the bottom.
- Place frozen meatballs on top of the vegetables.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together beef broth, gravy mix, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, Dijon mustard, pepper, and minced garlic until smooth. Pour over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on high for 2–3 hours or low for 5–6 hours.
- If desired, thicken the gravy by whisking cornstarch with water and adding it to the pot in the last ten minutes of cooking.
