  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 24 ounces tiny red potatoes or Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 16 ounces baby carrots
  • 21.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 ounce Ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and a tablespoon of Ranch seasoning.
  2. Add washed baby potatoes and carrots to the slow cooker without peeling.
