  • 1 1/2 Tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice (for glaze)
  • 1 tsp orange zest (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, milk, orange juice, and the zest of one orange; mix well.
  4. Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just combined. Gently fold in the fresh cranberries coated in reserved flour.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
