  • ¾ cup light brown sugar

  • 2 eggs (room temperature)

  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ cups chopped Oreos
  • 1 ½ cups chopped Hershey's Cookies 'N' Cream candy bars

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix on medium for about one minute.
  2. Add the eggs and mix on low until fully incorporated.
  3. Gradually mix in flour, corn starch, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until combined.
  4. Use a rubber spatula to fold in chopped Oreos and candy bars.
  5. Scoop dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F; space cookies on another lined sheet about two inches apart.
  7. Bake for 9–10 minutes or until edges are set; cool on the baking sheet for three minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
