  • For the streusel topping: 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
  • For the maple glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • Milk (for desired consistency)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, orange juice, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. For the streusel topping, mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter in a small bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter.
