Ingredients
- 12 oz frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
- 6 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 tube refrigerated pizza crust (13.8 oz)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the thawed spinach, softened cream cheese, garlic, salt, onion powder, chili powder, pepper, Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until creamy.
- Unroll the pizza crust onto parchment paper. Cut one large triangle for the tree shape and two smaller triangles.
- Spread the spinach dip over one of the smaller triangles; layer the larger triangle on top.
- Make cuts from the center outwards on both sides of the dough and twist each slice upwards.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 30–35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Melt butter; stir in garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Brush over warm breadsticks before serving.
