  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • Shredded Colby Jack cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown ground beef with chopped onion until fully cooked; season with salt, pepper, and spices.
  3. Boil egg noodles until al dente; drain.
  4. Combine meat mixture with marinara sauce in skillet; simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a mixing bowl, blend sour cream, ricotta, cream cheese, and Parmesan until smooth.
  6. Mix cooked noodles with cheese mixture until well-coated.
  7. In a greased 9×13 baking dish, layer half of the noodle mixture followed by half of the meat sauce; repeat layers.
