  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 12 tablespoons all-purpose flour (if needed)
  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 ounces each)
  • 3 ½ cups whole milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 21 cinnamon graham crackers
  • 16 ounces caramel apple dip

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, cook diced apples with sugar and cinnamon over medium-low heat until tender. If excess juice forms, stir in flour to thicken.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk; fold in sour cream and Cool Whip until combined.
  3. Layer half of the graham crackers in a 9×13 baking pan. Top with half of the cooled apple mixture and half of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers.
  4. Heat caramel dip in a microwave-safe bowl until softened; spread over the top layer.
