- 1 (16 oz) bag Mini Pretzels
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Light Corn Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 bag Heath Toffee Bits
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, place the mini pretzels aside.
- In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, cubed butter, and light corn syrup. Heat over medium until boiling while stirring constantly for about 5 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla extract and baking soda.
- Pour the hot toffee mixture over the pretzels and toss well to coat evenly. Add half of the Heath Toffee Bits and mix again.
- Spread the coated pretzels on the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- After baking, sprinkle the remaining Heath Toffee Bits on top while still warm.
