  • 1 (16 oz) bag Mini Pretzels
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 bag Heath Toffee Bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, place the mini pretzels aside.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, cubed butter, and light corn syrup. Heat over medium until boiling while stirring constantly for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla extract and baking soda.
  5. Pour the hot toffee mixture over the pretzels and toss well to coat evenly. Add half of the Heath Toffee Bits and mix again.
  6. Spread the coated pretzels on the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  7. After baking, sprinkle the remaining Heath Toffee Bits on top while still warm.
  8. Let cool completely before breaking into clusters.
