  • 1 5.2 oz Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Roma tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chiffonade (for serving)
  • 12 baguettes (sliced into 1/2 inch slices)

  • Crackers

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all cheese ball ingredients and mix until well blended.
  2. Shape the mixture into a ball using plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
  3. Toast panko breadcrumbs in a skillet with melted butter until golden brown, then cool before mixing in diced sun-dried tomatoes and basil.
  4. Roll the chilled cheese ball in the panko mixture until evenly coated. Garnish with fresh tomatoes and basil before serving.
