- 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Roma tomatoes (chopped)
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 1/2 cup basil leaves (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chiffonade (for serving)
- 1–2 baguettes (sliced into 1/2 inch slices)

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all cheese ball ingredients and mix until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into a ball using plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
- Toast panko breadcrumbs in a skillet with melted butter until golden brown, then cool before mixing in diced sun-dried tomatoes and basil.
- Roll the chilled cheese ball in the panko mixture until evenly coated. Garnish with fresh tomatoes and basil before serving.
