  • 1 cup pecans, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a springform pan.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter; press into the pan and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese and gradually add brown sugar, then mix in eggs one at a time. Add sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour filling over the cooled crust and bake for 55-60 minutes until edges are set.
  5. Prepare the pecan topping by cooking pecans with brown sugar, heavy cream, butter, vanilla, and salt until thickened.
