  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Sear the seasoned chicken in olive oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Set aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth until smooth.
