- 1 ½ pounds salmon, cut into 1-inch bites
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Chives for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F.
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the salmon bites until well coated.
- In another bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey to prepare the bang bang sauce.
- Reserve half of the sauce for later and coat the salmon bites in the remaining sauce.
- Place salmon bites in the air fryer basket in batches and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through (internal temperature of 140-145°F).
- Serve garnished with chives and drizzled with the reserved bang bang sauce.
