- 1 tablespoon Sichuan peppercorns

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix sauce ingredients: soy sauces, Shaoxing wine, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Whisk until blended.
- Marinate chicken with marinade ingredients for at least 10 minutes.
- Coat marinated chicken with cornstarch.
